Visiano ("the App") is operated by Beijing Huminteresting Intelligent Technology Development Center ("we", "us", or "our"). We understand the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.
The App uses your device's camera to capture piano imagery for real-time visual overlay.
To understand how the App is used and improve its features, we collect anonymous usage statistics through TelemetryDeck, including:
TelemetryDeck uses differential privacy for data aggregation. It does not collect any personally identifiable information, does not track user identity, and does not associate device identifiers. For details, see the TelemetryDeck Privacy Policy.
To improve App stability, we collect crash reports through Sentry, including:
Crash reports do not contain personally identifiable information. We have disabled Sentry's personal data collection (sendDefaultPii = false). For details, see the Sentry Privacy Policy.
To analyze App performance and investigate system-level stability issues, the App may receive system-generated aggregated performance and diagnostic summaries through Apple's MetricKit framework, including:
This functionality is used only to receive and analyze the system-generated aggregated performance and diagnostic summaries and related metadata described above. Data processed through this functionality is generally not sufficient to directly identify your real-world identity. The randomly generated anonymous installation-level client identifier used for telemetry aggregation, deduplication, and diagnostic analysis is stored only in the local app preferences for the current installation and is removed together with that installation's local data when you uninstall the App.
When you voluntarily use the in-app feedback feature, we collect:
This information is sent to our server systems and used solely to address your feedback and improve the product.
Subscriptions and purchases in the App are processed through the Apple App Store and StoreKit framework. Apple is responsible for billing, subscription management, and refunds. We do not directly collect or store your payment credentials (such as bank card information or Apple ID passwords).
On your device, the App may read transaction or entitlement status provided by Apple to determine whether to unlock corresponding features. Purchase data processing is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
The App does not collect the following:
For the randomly generated anonymous installation-level client identifier used for telemetry aggregation, deduplication, and diagnostic analysis, please see Section 1.4 above.

We do not use your information for advertising, user profiling, or sale to third parties.
The App integrates the following third-party services, which may process certain data in the course of providing their services:
| Service | Purpose | Data Processing | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| TelemetryDeck | Anonymous usage statistics | Differential privacy aggregation, no PII | View |
| Sentry | Crash reports | Crash stack traces and device info, no PII | View |
| Apple MetricKit | Performance and diagnostic summaries | System-generated aggregated performance metrics and diagnostic summaries are delivered to the App on device; the App may send selected summaries to our servers for analysis | View |

For the third-party services listed above, we share relevant data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, and we require such providers to provide privacy and security protection no less protective than that described in this Policy and required by applicable law.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data security, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls. However, please understand that no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Depending on where you use the App, your data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions.
TelemetryDeck and Sentry may process anonymous usage statistics and crash reports on servers located in the European Union, the United States, or other jurisdictions.
User feedback, and performance and diagnostic summaries generated through MetricKit and uploaded by the App, are stored and processed on our servers located in mainland China.
In addition, if you purchase subscriptions or digital products through the Apple App Store, the related transaction data is independently processed by Apple in accordance with its privacy policy.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Under applicable data protection laws (including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you may have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period (typically no more than 30 days).
Because the anonymous usage statistics, crash reports, and performance and diagnostic summaries collected by the App generally do not contain information that directly identifies you, we may be unable to associate such data with you personally. These rights may therefore not apply, or may be subject to technical limitations, for such data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published within the App or on our official website. If we make material changes (such as collecting new types of personal information or significantly changing the purposes of data use), we will notify you prominently within the App and take appropriate measures as required by applicable law.
